How to Turn Your Passion, Expertise, and Experience Into a High Ticket Program

July 19, 20264 min read

In every high ticket workshop I run, I ask the same question at the start.

"How many of you would like to take your passion, your expertise, and your experience and turn that into a high ticket program you can sell over and over again?" Every single time, almost every hand goes up. And then I ask who has actually done it. Fewer hands.

The knowledge is there. The desire is there. What most coaches are missing is the structure to package what they already have.

That's what this post is about.

The Three Ingredients Already Inside You

You do not need a new certification. You do not need to study for another two years. You do not need to wait until you feel more ready. You already have the three ingredients of a high ticket program. You just haven't put them together yet.

The first ingredient is your transformation. What big problem have you solved in your own life? In the last three, five, or ten years, what have you figured out about your health, your relationships, your career, your mindset, or your money? The answer to that question is the foundation of your program.

The second ingredient is your WHO. Your ideal client is not a stranger. They are you, one to three years ago. They are sitting exactly where you once sat, feeling exactly what you once felt.

The third ingredient is your method. The path you took to get from where you were to where you are now? That path is teachable. It is repeatable. It is a program.

Start With Your WHO - Because That Was Once You

Back in 2015, I had severe panic attacks. I cancelled three trips overseas at the very last minute. I couldn't board the plane. I couldn't leave my house. I couldn't even get out of bed on some days. And I was running a six-figure retail business at the time. I couldn't travel to my factories in China. I couldn't confirm my orders. I couldn't speak to my suppliers.

If someone had come to me then and said, "I've been through this. I know how to help you get through it," I would have paid them anything. Without question. Because the cost of not solving it was already so high.

That is your WHO. That is the person who needs you.

When I teach this, I always say: love your WHO so much that it pains you to see them suffer. Love your WHO so much that you will obsess over growing yourself and obsess over getting them results. Because when you see your client as the version of you that most needed help, everything changes. Your program stops being about what you can deliver and starts being about what they desperately need.

This is also where credentials stop mattering. I became a certified coach almost six months after I started my coaching business. The reason I could help people wasn't my certificate. It was that I had been where they were. And I had found a way through.

You Don't Need to Be the Best in the World

Here is something I say to every coach who tells me they aren't qualified enough.

You don't need to be the best in the world. You need to be the best in their world.

If your ideal client is struggling with anxiety and you have navigated your way through severe panic attacks to build a six-figure business, you are already the best person in their world to help them. Your lived experience is not a gap in your credentials. It is your credential.

Edmund was a peak performance coach charging $150 per session when he first came to me. He knew his material. He was good at what he did. But he had no structure. He had no program. He just had sessions. When he built a six-week program and charged $1,000 for it, his first client said yes. He kept going. He ran one challenge and made $36,000.

Erica switched niches entirely. She went from weight loss coaching into Chinese metaphysics, a topic she was passionate about but had never packaged before. She ran two challenges with her new program and made $60,000 before she had even delivered a single session.

What Edmund and Erica both had was not a perfect program. They had a clear transformation, a WHO they genuinely wanted to help, and a method they believed in.

That is all you need to start.

Here is your first step. Write down your transformation in three sentences.

Sentence one: who you were before, and what you were struggling with. Sentence two: what you figured out, or what shifted for you. Sentence three: who you are now, and what is possible for you today.

That is the outline of your program. That is the story your future clients need to hear. That is where you begin.

You don't need more time. You don't need more knowledge. You need to stop waiting and start packaging what you already have. 🔥
